CHECK OUT is by 11am on the day of departure
(when leaving, please drop your keys back in to a member of staff in the main Coach House bar and restaurant. If leaving early, please leave your room keys in/on the small safe inside the porch of the main entrance to the accommodation building)
Breakfast Times
Breakfast is served in the Coach House Bar & Restaurant located in the main Clubhouse, which can be found by walking along the Walled Garden path and through the Courtyard.
Breakfast timings are:
Monday-Friday: 7.30-10.00
Saturday & Sunday: 8.00-10.30

IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY OR FIRE
If an emergency occurs during your stay, please use your mobile phone or the phone situated in the accommodation porch with the Grey Door.

FIRE PROCEDURE
If you discover a FIRE, please set off the nearest fire alarm. Exit the building as quickly as possible following the FIRE EXIT signs (see evacuation routes below). Please make your way to the fire assembly point at the bottom of the main car park.
Do not gather personal belongings before exiting the building.
Close all doors and windows.
Do not try and put the fire out on your own.
Do not re-enter the building before being told it is safe to do so.
Cleaning
If you are staying with us for more than one night, we will refresh the amenities in your room as required on a daily basis. However, we are aware that some guests may prefer our housekeeping staff not to enter their room during their stay so if this is the case, please leave the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign from your room on the outside of your door.
Feeling wrinkled?
Need to iron something? There is an iron and ironing board located in the room for you to use.
No Smoking!
It goes without saying that smoking is prohibited in ALL rooms and indoor communal areas. Please note – this also includes vapes.
Please use our outdoor designated areas if you wish to smoke or vape.
