Badgemore Park member, Calum Miller, 25, has set a new course record, perfectly setting himself up for a crack at this year’s Club Championship.

In a fantastic vain of form this season, playing off a handicap of 4, he won the June Sunday Summer Stableford with an excellent score of 43 points in doing so, shot a bogey free round of 66 from the white tees to set a new record. The previous record, a round of 68 by now club professional, John Routledge, had been in place for 3 years until Calum’s recent round.

A great achievement and huge congratulations to Calum on his magnificent performance but attention now turns to the most prestigious competition of the year. Calum, who last won the Club Championship trophy in 2017, has his eyes on the prize for the 2-day event that takes place on 22nd and 23rd June.
