Do our fitness classes have everything you need? 

Here’s a glossary of  what we offer: 

  • FOCUS Conditioning: an all over body workout, focusing on maximum calorie burn, fitness and strength.
  • FOCUS Cycle: maximum calorie burn and increased fitness and leg strength.
  • FOCUS Cycle & Core: 30 mins indoor cycling followed by 15 mins of a core blast.
  • FOCUS Sculpt: an all over body weighted conditioning programme, with maximum repetitions and tempos to match the music. A real fitness experience!
  • FOCUS Fit: this is a seriously fun workout! A programme written to push you to your limits and achieve great results.
  • FOCUS HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. A mixture of cardiovascular exercises in short bursts.
  • FOCUS Abs Blast: 45 mins of core based exercises to really test the body’s core muscles.
  • Outdoor Bootcamp: interval training consisting of short bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.
  • Stretch & Tone: an all over body stretch and core session, great for releasing tension and building core strength, focusing on mobility and flexibility.
  • BARRE: inspired by elements of Ballet, Yoga & Pilates, it focuses on the lower body and core to develop strength and flexibility
  • Yogalates: a combination of the stretch of Yoga and and core-building strength of Pilates.
