Badgemore Park Procedure Update

Following the latest government update regarding the new rules in relation to Covid-19, the following procedures have been implemented at the Club, with effect from Thursday 24th September, to ensure we comply with the latest regulations and keep everyone safe:

Face Coverings

  • face coverings must now be worn at all times when inside any area of the Clubhouse unless eating and drinking or exercising
  • this means that face coverings will be required in the shop (even when just checking in), when sat in the bar if not eating or drinking, in the changing rooms (unless showering) and during meetings inside the Clubhouse
  • our staff will also be wearing face coverings
  • we kindly request that all members and guests adhere to this requirement at all times whilst at the Club unless you are exempt from wearing a face covering
  • in line with our legal obligation and in the interest of everyone’s safety, our staff may politely remind customers of the need to put a face covering on. Please do not be offended if asked and please inform the member of staff if you are exempt

Table Service

  • we will be introducing table service for all food and drink from the Coach House and Courtyard
  • this means that ordering at the bar will not be permitted
  • please take a seat on arrival and a member of the team will come to your table to take your order
  • customers must remain seated at their table unless using the washrooms
  • the takeaway offering from the Halfway Hut will continue as it is

Rule of Six

  • gatherings in and around the Club must be limited to a maximum of 6 people at all times
  • please refrain from moving tables and chairs around to gather with different groups
  • please do not move to socialise with other groups or encourage others to join your group as people leave

Track & Trace

  • if you attend the Club and are not booked onto the tee sheet for a round of golf or onto a gym class/session, you will be required to register for Track & Trace
  • this can be done using the QR codes located on the bar, in the Pro Shop and at the Halfway Hut
  • alternatively, you can complete one of the Track & Trace slips available at each of the above locations
  • this is a legal requirement and needs to be done on every visit to the Club

Thank you for your co-operation with these latest requirements and we look forward to seeing you all at the Club soon.
