Tucked away in the beautiful Walled Garden at Badgemore Park, Nordic Rhythm is a Nordic-inspired, authentic wood fired sauna and ice bath experience, created as a place to slow down, switch off, recover and connect – with a little challenge along the way.
Our garden is home to two traditional wood-fired saunas, a selection of ice baths, outdoor showers and changing facilities, with plenty of space to sit, breathe and enjoy the moments in between.
